The patients and their attendants contact to the Responsible Social Worker of Hostels. The Social Worker does a social survey which gives to the three member Scientific Committee  which evaluates, approves and decides on the admissions.  The period of accommodation cannot exceed the period of 15 days in total. This period can be renewal at the request of patient and must be submitted  at least 3 days before the end of accommodation period. The request will be evaluated from the three member Scientific Committee.  The financial cost for the patients is in the amount of 10 euros per person per day in order to cover the operating expenses of Guest Houses.
The association offers  free  psychological support to patients and  their attendants .   There are also an Acquaintance, Creative and Relaxation teams for the patients and their attendants. For the admission to the Guest Houses both patients and attendants are required to provide the following documents

        α) ασθενούς 
        β) συνοδού

2. Ιατρική γνωμάτευση του θεράποντα ιατρού που να αναφέρεται:
        α) διάγνωση,
        β) προγραμματισμός θεραπείας
        γ) διάρκεια θεραπείας.

3. Ιατρική γνωμάτευση  απο Παθολόγο ή απο τον θεράποντα ιατρό  οτι ο ασθενής και ο συνοδός του δεν πάσχουν :
       α) δεν πάσχουν από μεταδοτικό νόσημα (φυματίωση και ηπατίτιδες)  
       β) μπορούν να συμβιώσουν με άλλα άτομα

4. Φωτοτυπία αστυνομικής ταυτότητας ή διαβατήριο ή πιστοποιητικό νόμιμης παραμονής στη χώρα (θεωρημένα από δημόσια υπηρεσία).

5. Φωτοτυπία εκκαθαριστικού προηγούμενου ή δήλωση παρόντος έτους.

6. Έκθεση Κοινωνικής Έρευνας από την Κοινωνική Υπηρεσία που παραπέμπεται.

Σε περιπτώσεις εκτάκτων εισαγωγών, οι ασθενείς ή/ και συνοδοί που αντιμετωπίζουν κάποιο σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας, είναι υποχρεωτικό να
συνοδεύονται για ένα 24 ωρο.

Τα ανωτέρω δικαιολογητικά, μαζί με την εισήγηση του κοινωνικού λειτουργού του Ξενώνα, υποβάλλονται για την αξιολόγηση και έγκριση του αιτήματος στην Επιστημονική Επιτροπή του Ξενώνα.
